David Kast developed, programmed and maintains the Tarot Reading system based on the design by his wife, Jo-Anne Penn-Kast. David has been working in systems design and computer programming for many years, enjoys creating dynamic applications for the web, and especially enjoys his involvement with, and bringing to life, his wife's vision and love for Tarot. He and his wife live with their three children in Connecticut.
