Your health in 2010 is essential to your continued success, so address it at least as seriously as any of your other endeavors.

Whatever your income, this year is likely to involve some major financial outlays. This is not necessarily a bad thing, especially if you are spending on long-term investments like a home, education, or expanding a profitable business. Make sure you are not spending on speculative ventures. If it feels like a gamble, keep your money as far away from it as possible. You may need to deny yourself some of the niceties you are accustomed to in order to finance your big-picture plans. Don't be bitter about this; you will thank yourself later for your frugality now.
